Label Printing

Print inventory labels right from your browser.

Generate Code 128, QR Code, or EAN-13 labels for any SKU and print directly to any connected label printer — thermal, laser, or inkjet. No third-party label software, no subscriptions, no per-print fees.

Key benefits

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Multiple barcode formats

Choose from Code 128, QR Code, EAN-13, or UPC-A for any SKU. The format is saved per product so your labels are always consistent.

Thermal printer support

Works with any thermal label printer that appears as a system printer — Zebra, Dymo, Brother, BIXOLON, and others. Print silently with the Safer Inventory desktop app.

Custom label sizes

Choose from common label sizes — 4×6 inch standard shipping, 2×1 inch shelf labels, letter half-sheet, and more. Or set a custom size in millimetres.

Batch printing

Select multiple SKUs and print labels in bulk. Set the quantity per SKU — useful when receiving a large shipment and labelling every item.

No third-party software

Label generation and printing runs entirely in the browser. There is no separate label design app to buy or maintain. Templates are built in.

Desktop app silent print

The Safer Inventory Windows and macOS desktop app supports silent printing — labels print directly to the selected thermal printer without an OS print dialog.
