Operator-first
We ship for the person on the warehouse floor at 6am, not the procurement committee. The product feels right under thumb.
Safer Inventory is a small team in Toronto building the inventory software we wished existed when we ran our last operations team. No private equity, no growth-at-all-costs, no AI hype — just a tool that's actually nice to use.

Software that respects your time. No "set up your workflow" wizards. Open it, use it, get back to the actual work.
Built in Toronto. Priced in CAD. Owned by the people who answer your support email.
Before Safer, we ran ops at a Shopify+QBO shop pushing 4,000 orders a month. We spent $600/month on a tool we'd open with a sigh. Every report came in five clicks deep and three formats short. Every sync error required a call to support. So we wrote our own — properly typed, properly tested, beautifully laid out — and ten people asked us to white-label it.
We launched publicly in 2026 with a single goal: be the tool an inventory manager actually wants to open. The fact that it costs a third of what inFlow does is, as far as we're concerned, just basic decency.
