Why is Safer Inventory so much cheaper than inFlow, Fishbowl, Cin7, and Zoho?

We built Safer Inventory without CRM, without AI upsells, and without seat-counting. You pay for inventory scale (SKUs, locations, orders), not for arbitrary feature tiers or per-user licensing. inFlow starts at $179 CAD/mo and charges extra for serial number tracking and API. Cin7 starts at $349 USD/mo and most advanced features are add-ons. We include core features from $9.99 USD/mo.

Do I need a credit card to start the free plan?

No. The Bronze plan is completely free with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your account settings.

What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?

You can purchase top-up credits to handle order overages without being forced to upgrade. Credits are low-cost and only charged when you use them.

Are all features available on every paid plan?

Yes. Every paid plan includes barcode scanning, Shopify sync, Wave invoicing, purchase orders, label printing, REST API access, unlimited seats, and all integrations. The only differences between plans are SKU limits, location limits, and monthly order caps.

Does Safer Inventory charge per user seat?
