Why we are cheaper
inFlow, Zoho, QuickBooks, Fishbowl, and Cin7 all charge per user or cap users by tier. We do not charge per seat on any plan. Add your whole team at no extra cost.
We do not bundle a CRM, AI assistants, SMS campaigns, or appointment tools into the price. You pay for inventory software, so that is all you get.
On Cin7, REST API, B2B portal, and advanced WMS are all add-ons that push the real cost well above the headline price. We include barcode scanning, purchase orders, Shopify sync, and API access from $9.99 — no hidden add-ons.
The only differences between our plans are SKU limits, location limits, and monthly order caps. Core features are identical. Upgrade when your volume grows, not to unlock what should already be included.
