Order Management
From PO to received stock in a few clicks.
Create purchase orders for any vendor, receive stock in full or in part, and watch inventory levels adjust automatically. Manage sales orders end-to-end from creation through to fulfilment. No spreadsheets needed.
Key benefits
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Purchase orders with line items
Create POs with multiple line items across different SKUs and variants. Assign to a vendor, set expected delivery date, and track the order through to receipt.
Partial receiving
Receive PO lines in multiple deliveries. Log each delivery separately — inventory updates on each partial receipt and the order shows what's still outstanding.
Sales order fulfilment
Create SOs for customers with line items, allocated stock, and shipping details. Step the order through Pending → Allocated → Picked → Packed → Shipped.
Automatic inventory adjustment
Receiving a PO line credits the target location's on-hand inventory. Fulfilling an SO line debits it. No manual journal entries.
Vendor and customer management
Maintain a vendor list for purchase orders and a customer list for sales orders. Reuse contact details, payment terms, and shipping addresses order to order.
Order history and audit trail
Every order, edit, receipt, and fulfilment event is logged. Full order history with timestamps and users for compliance and dispute resolution.
How it works
Up and running in minutes.
Create the order
Select the vendor (for PO) or customer (for SO), add line items with SKUs and quantities, and save.
Send or confirm
For POs, mark as Sent to Vendor. For SOs, mark as Confirmed. Stock on open SOs is shown as Committed.
Receive or fulfil
Receive PO deliveries as they arrive — partial or full. For SOs, scan or confirm items as they are picked and packed.
Order completes
Inventory adjusts automatically on completion. The order is archived with a full line-item history.

FAQ
Common questions, straight answers.
Can I create a PO from a low-stock alert?
Yes. From any low-stock alert on the dashboard, you can click through to create a purchase order for that SKU pre-filled with the vendor and reorder quantity.
Is partial receiving supported?
Yes. You can receive any number of deliveries against a single PO line. The outstanding quantity updates automatically on each partial receipt.
Can I attach a PO to a specific location?
Yes. When receiving a PO, you assign each line to a location. Stock is added to that specific location's on-hand quantity.
